We founded Worsted Behavior with one goal in mind: giving our customers the best shopping experience we possible can. To do so, we’ve designed our store policies to make sure our clients have a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience whenever they come to Worsted Behavior. Read our policies below and don’t hesitate to contact us with any questions.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are usually completed and shipped within four to six weeks from the date full payment is received. Work does not begin until full payment is received. Once full payment is received you have 3 days to cancel your order to receive a full refund.

All orders are shipped via USPS.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS

Details to Know

Your Order Cancellation Rights:

You are entitled to cancel your order within 3 days without giving any reason for doing so. The deadline for canceling an order is 3 days from the date on which you paid in full for your order. In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement via email to: worstedbehavior@gmail.com


We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day of cancellation and use the same means of payment as you used for the order.

All sales are final. Returns are not allowed. Exceptions will be made for defective items, wrong items, or damaged items. In which case, a refund will be issued or a replacement will be shipped.


Why no returns? Unfortunately, this is due to the nature of the items we sell. We don't accept returns for the following reasons:

  • The item was made to your specifications (i.e. color selection, personalization, custom order, etc.)

  • The item was Made to Order. The item was only made because you ordered it and the cancellation period has passed.  

  • The item according to its nature is not suitable to be returned. Once worn or used, crocheted items can misshapen or appear worn. Therefore, these items cannot be resold. 

  • The item may be unsuitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and/or was unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that is not deemed incorrect/wrong, damaged, or defective at our sole discretion.
